The updated terrace is now an all-season destination, thanks to a retractable glass roof and elemental design details that mirror the beauty of its coastal surroundings. Anchored by abundant greenery and custom art inspired by rippling water, the space blends natural tones with architectural sophistication—making it the ideal setting for Harbour’s signature designs.
Reflections delivers a thoughtfully curated menu that bridges regional ingredients with international flair. The menu is anchored in bold, seafood-forward dishes—think Lobster Dumplings in XO miso broth or South Asian–inspired Chicken “65.” Meanwhile, the cocktail program pays homage to the landscapes of British Columbia, offering vibrant concoctions like the Bayside Spritz and the Blueberry Hill Farm, along with an expanded wine list highlighting the region’s celebrated varietals.
