Lead Times + Deliveries

In-Stock Designs ship within 3 Business Days

Standard Delivery | Curbside Express*:

Items will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance, such as your driveway, front porch, or building lobby. You will be responsible for moving the items into your residence, unboxing, and any assembly required. We recommend having help on hand for larger or heavier pieces.

  • West Coast: 5 - 7 business days
  • East Coast: 7 - 10 business days
  • On orders up to $4000 a flat rate shipping fee of $299 will apply.
  • On orders over $4000 the shipping fee will be 6% of your total order.

Premium Delivery | White Glove*:

Our team will unbox, inspect, and set up your piece exactly where you want it. They'll also clean up any packaging. We treat your home like it’s our own.

All lead times are based on Harbour’s estimates of the commercial conditions, supplier lead times, supplier-related issues and current commitments from suppliers.

Due to factors beyond our control regarding backorders, general production, freight delays, adverse weather, etc., Harbour cannot and does not guarantee lead times. Orders may not be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded due to extended lead times or late deliveries.

Delivery Guide

Preparing for In-Home Delivery

Getting your Harbour piece home should feel as seamless as the design itself. Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver our handcrafted furniture to your door—quickly, safely, and with care.

Plan Your Space in Advance Measure all access points: Confirm that your furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators leading to the final destination.
Assess the delivery path and room layout to ensure sufficient space for maneuvering and placement.

Clear the Route Remove rugs, wall art, and any breakables along the path to prevent damage or tripping hazards.
Secure pets and children in a separate area during delivery.
Remove interior doors if needed to create additional clearance.
Check for light fixtures or low-hanging obstructions that may interfere with large furniture items.

Prepare Exterior Access Ensure driveways, walkways, and entry points are clean, dry, and free of snow, debris, or hazards.
Harbour’s delivery teams can access up to two flights of stairs (maximum ~20 steps)—please notify us of anything beyond that ahead of time.

White Glove Delivery

Services include delivery, installation and removal of all packing materials. The delivery fee quote is based on the number of pieces of furniture and includes all assembly, up to two flights of stairs (20 steps), placement and removal of all packing materials. Delivery fees are based on your zip code’s proximity to our warehouse. Delivery crews are not allowed to move your existing furnishings and/or take away any old furniture pieces in their truck

*Many apartment buildings require a COI (certificate of insurance) before delivery. If needed, please notify Harbour via your salesperson or email us at customerservice@shopharbour.com. If we are not made aware you may be responsible for additional fees incurred.

Other Shipments + Storage Fees

Split Shipments - Due to supply chain challenges, a portion of your order could be delayed. In the event that you require your order to be partially shipped, an additional shipping fee will be applied.

Will Call - Available only at our Arizona Fulfilment Center. 1.5% Non-Palletized or 2% Palletized.

Storage Fees - $25 per item per day.

Stone Items - $100 per item

Weather Covers - When purchasing 1 - 4 Weather Covers the charge will be $45. 5 - 9 Weather Covers will be $65 and 10+ is $125.
