Living Well by Design: The Blueprint for Modern Wellness Spaces
The spaces we spend time in have the power to shape how we feel, how we connect and how we live each day.
Last week, we welcomed the design community to our New York Showroom for Living Well by Design: The Blueprint for Modern Wellness Spaces, an evening centered around the growing connection between thoughtful design and everyday wellbeing.
Bringing together voices from architecture, interiors, development, real estate, construction and wellness, the conversation looked beyond how a space appears to consider how it actually feels to live in.

Spaces Designed for Living Well
Eugene Colberg, Principal at Colberg Architecture; Craig Desmond, Founder of Ecotone; and Colleen Brooks, Co-Founder and President of Moss New York, joined moderator Antoin O'Duibhir, Founder of New Wave Design and Contracting, for a thoughtful conversation about creating spaces that support the way we want to live.
From bringing nature into our surroundings to choosing materials with intention, the panel explored the details that can make a space feel calmer, more comfortable and more connected.
At the heart of the conversation was a simple idea: good design is about more than aesthetics. It’s about creating places where people can slow down, gather, recharge and feel at home.

An Evening of Conversation and Connection
Against the backdrop of our New York showroom, guests gathered over food and drinks to exchange ideas, meet new people and continue the conversation around what it means to live well through design.
We were grateful to have Happy Boards as our food partner; NON, Curious Elixirs and MTK Mocktails as our beverage partners; and Shinzo as our product partner.
Thank you to our panelists, partners and everyone who joined us for an evening celebrating thoughtful spaces, meaningful connection and designing for the way we live.
For those who couldn’t attend, we invite you to visit a Harbour showroom and experience our collections firsthand.
