Highlights from High Point Market 2026
This fall, designers and industry professionals from across the country gathered at High Point Market for a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship and innovation. As one of the industry's most anticipated events, High Point Market continues to bring together fresh perspectives, meaningful connections and the ideas shaping the future of design.

At 313 Space, we welcomed guests for an exclusive first look at our upcoming 2027 collections, introducing new designs that celebrate Harbour's heritage while exploring fresh expressions of outdoor living.
Heritage Collection
Marking 50 years since Jim and Harriet Condos founded Harbour, our new Heritage Collection returns to the traditional forms, ironwork and natural stone that inspired our earliest designs. Drawing inspiration from European gardens and architecture, the collections celebrate craftsmanship, natural materials and enduring design.
“Heritage is about looking back at where Harbour began and carrying that story forward. Growing up around our father’s workshop, we were surrounded by ironwork, stone and traditional furniture making. Fifty years later, we’ve returned to those materials and forms, reinterpreting them through the way we live today. It feels like a very personal collection for our family, and an important chapter for Harbour.”
Nicholas Condos, Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Harriet Collection Dining Chairs
Among the highlights was the debut of Harriet and Dimitri, two collections honoring Harbour's founders through distinctive silhouettes and thoughtful details.
We also introduced Celine, bringing the relaxed comfort of indoor upholstery outdoors, alongside Odette, an elegantly upholstered dining chair that pairs beautifully with the Maxwell Dining Table, featuring sculptural travertine pedestals and classic European-inspired detailing.

At the heart of our 2027 collections is a renewed appreciation for natural materials and the artistry behind every detail. From richly textured travertine and marble to sculptural ironwork and premium performance fabrics, each element has been thoughtfully considered. Blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary silhouettes, the collections celebrate the beauty of their materials and the connection between architecture, design and outdoor living.
