We love it when a dream comes together. Our recent campaign photoshoot — reintroducing our exclusive MLB collection designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard — created an incredible design moment. This stunning new collection finished in modern aluminum was captured by celebrated interior photographer Douglas Friedman at renowned interior designer Vanessa Alexander’s secluded Malibu sanctuary. It was just the kind of effortless collaboration that echoed the essence of the collection itself.

We enlisted Architectural Digest favorite Douglas Friedman to capture the soul of the collection with his lens. His work — often called a blend of bold creativity and technical precision — adds a new dimension to these timeless pieces. His photographs showcase Martyn’s innovative use of materials in his intricate designs, organically integrated into Vanessa Alexander’s stunning home.

Nestled in the serene enclave of Bonsall Drive, Vanessa Alexander’s elevated Malibu retreat serves as the perfect backdrop for the collection. This ultra-private property — transformed from an outdated mid-century structure into a modern Belgian farmhouse — exudes a sense of seclusion and relaxation. Vanessa's design philosophy blends contemporary lines with earthy textures, which resonates beautifully with Martyn's aesthetic as well as our own design philosophy. A seamless integration of architecture, design and landscape created an endlessly inspiring space in which to create.
