A high-end residential complex designed for the discerning, LUCA831’s idea of home features Harbour's premium outdoor collections throughout its stunning rooftop spaces—for an urban resort experience that’s equal parts sophisticated with relaxing.

Urban Resort Meets Casual Luxury

Collaborating with the visionary team at Design Studio Why, we furnished LUCA831's rooftop swimming pool and bar area—the crown jewel of this architectural masterpiece. The design brief called for an "urban resort" that would deliver casual luxury for young, affluent residents, and Harbour's handcrafted collections proved to be the perfect fit.

Curated Collections for Elevated Living

Design Studio Why thoughtfully curated a mix of our collections to achieve their vision:

• Antigua Collection sofas and armchairs provide deep, comfortable seating for relaxed conversations or quiet moments of reflection

• Hayman Cabanas offer private sanctuaries for escaping the summer heat while enjoying the spectacular views

• Victoria Collection dining tables create elegant settings for al fresco meals 

• Loop Stacking Sun Lounges line the pool deck, inviting residents to bask in the sun in supreme comfort

All pieces were finished in taupe aluminum, creating a cohesive, neutral palette that complements the space’s architectural elements, while keeping the panoramic cityscape front and center.
