When architectural vision meets artisanal craftsmanship, that’s where the magic happens. Our recent collaboration with Élephante—an avant-garde Mediterranean restaurant already redefining Scottsdale's dining landscape—brings these two elements together beautifully.

Following the success of their flagship Santa Monica location—to which Harbour also contributed collections—Élephante's expansion to Scottsdale further evolves their well-known curation of experience. Thomas Lim, culinary director of Wish You Were Here Group, articulates this philosophy with nuanced precision: "We build restaurants for everyone that are based on our travels."

Designing an Oasis: Custom Craftsmanship 

Our partnership extended beyond just procurement. Élephante commissioned Harbour to create custom designs, including all the dining tables, chairs, and booths, ensuring a seamless integration with the restaurant's distinctive desert-inspired aesthetic.

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape—towering cacti, travertine textures, and the interplay of light and shadow—we crafted pieces that perfectly blend functional with transformative.

Choreographing Social Experiences 

From intimate cocktail lounge configurations to expansive family-style dining areas, our custom furniture enables Élephante to define multiple social spaces within a single environment. The result is an architectural story that invites connection, conversation, and memorable moments.
