Chloe Lounge Chair Honoured with Australian Good Design Award
We’re proud to announce that our Chloe Lounge Chair has been recognised with a prestigious Australian Good Design Award Winner accolade in the Product Design category. This recognition reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and the pursuit of timeless modern design for outdoor living.
Recognising Design Excellence
The Australian Good Design Awards are among the world’s longest-running international design programs, celebrating projects that exemplify design excellence, innovation, and impact across multiple disciplines.
This year’s theme, “Design for Better,” highlights the important role design plays in shaping a more balanced, inclusive, and sustainable world. From reimagining products and services to reshaping cities and systems, the Awards showcase how thoughtful design can drive positive change for people, the planet, and prosperity.
Among this year’s winners, our Chloe Lounge Chair stood out as a sculptural expression of contemporary outdoor design that combines artistry with everyday functionality.
A Sculptural Statement in Comfort and Craftsmanship
Designed by Harrison Condos and Nicholas Condos, the Chloe Lounge Chair reflects our philosophy of bringing interior-level sophistication to outdoor spaces. Every curve and contour was thoughtfully considered to create a piece that feels both timeless and tactile.
The Good Design Awards Jury praised the design, stating:
“The Chloe Lounge Chair is a sculptural take on modern contemporary design. It is beautifully designed and a testament that outdoor furniture can be at the same time sustainable, elegant and outstanding in the same way indoor furniture is. It looks incredibly comfortable to sit in and pleasing to touch. A powerful example of world class design and a worthy recipient of the Australian Good Design Award in this category. Well done.”
Chloe Collection
An elegant study in modern contemporary design, our Chloe Collection balances scale and proportion in perfect harmony. Sculptural teak frames with split backs meet soft, feminine curves and sloping almond-shaped armrests, creating a sophisticated and inviting lounge for everyday relaxation.
Nicholas Condos, Harbour’s Chief Creative Officer and Founder, shares:
“We’ve thoughtfully designed each piece to seamlessly integrate a range of materials and textiles, creating warm, inviting tones that are as comfortable as they are durable. Every element is crafted with precision, built to endure, and designed to complement the natural beauty that surrounds us.”
