50 Years of Harbour Celebrated in Australia
An evening shared with our community to celebrate 50 years of Harbour, five decades of design, connection and life lived outdoors.
In 1976, Harbour began in Sydney with a belief in creating outdoor furniture made to be lived with. Fifty years later, we returned to where it all began to celebrate the people, places and ideas that have shaped Harbour along the way.
Jim and Harriet Condos — Founders of Harbour
Harrison Condos & Nicholas Condos — Co-Founders of Harbour
Hosted at our Sydney Showroom in Waterloo, the anniversary event brought together designers, partners, media, family and friends of the brand for a memorable evening of celebration, connection and conversation.

Where it all began
Sydney has always been more than Harbour's birthplace. Its relationship with the ocean, relaxed approach to outdoor living and natural connection between home and landscape have influenced the way we design for five decades. Known for its year-round alfresco living, Sydney has always been at the heart of Harbour.
From those Australian beginnings, Harbour has grown into a globally recognised name in luxury outdoor living, while remaining grounded in the values that have defined the Condos family for generations: craftsmanship, considered design and creating spaces that bring people together.
The evening offered an opportunity to reflect on that journey and the community that has been part of it.

Sydney Collection
The celebration also marked the official unveiling of the Sydney Collection, a limited-edition collection created in honour of Harbour's 50th anniversary.
Designed by Harrison and Nicholas Condos as a tribute to Harbour's origins, the collection draws inspiration from the light, lifestyle and coastal spirit of Sydney.
Sydney Slatted Round Dining Table & Dining Chairs
Yacht-inspired detailing and elevated craftsmanship meet a striking new High Gloss Teak finish, creating a refined expression of outdoor design that looks to Harbour's heritage while feeling distinctly of the moment.

Celebrating what comes next
Enjoying cocktails and Mediterranean cuisine, over 100 guests gathered to experience the family milestone, new collections and mark five decades in the making.
But the evening was about more than looking back.
It was a celebration of the relationships, collaborations and shared appreciation for design that have shaped our story, and of the people who continue to be part of it. Surrounded by familiar faces and new friends, guests explored the intricate design and details of Harbour’s collections, sharing in an evening that felt both celebratory and deeply personal. Together, they joined the Condos family, reunited from around the world, to mark this special occasion and honour five decades of creativity, craftsmanship and connection.

As Harbour enters its next chapter, the same principles remain at its heart: enduring craftsmanship, thoughtful design and a belief that the best spaces are those that bring people together.
