At the Aspen Art Museum in Colorado, Harbour and Margarita Bravo have extended great art into the great outdoors — creating a rooftop environment that incorporates luxury living with the natural world all around. Designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architect Shigeru Ban and unveiled in 2014, the space was a dream canvas for our Australian modern pieces. We extended the lines and simplicity of the contemporary art on display throughout the museum to create an inviting lounge where guests can relax and come together to appreciate the art they’ve seen — with a view.
