Travertine is a natural stone formed from limestone deposited by mineral springs.
It is highly porous and requires consistent care.
CLEANING + CARE
Maintain your stone top regularly with the following steps:
Brush off loose dirt and dust. Create a cleaning solution using warm clean water and mild soap. Use a soft, clean cloth (one that won't bleed color) or a sponge. Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed. After cleaning, dry the surface completely with a clean cloth to prevent water spots.
TIPS
Use coasters to prevent stains, scratches, and etch marks.
Wipe up all spills immediately to avoid staining or etching the stone surface.
Avoid using abrasive or acid-based products.
It is advisable to clean the furniture periodically and always before storing it.
If the furniture is exposed to saltwater, rinse it weekly to remove any salt residue.
Prevent water from accumulating on the furniture.
We highly recommend using our custom furniture covers to protect your items when they are not in use.
