Serve & Sip: A Celebration of Tennis, Design and Life Outdoors
On Friday, August 28, we welcomed the Australian and American tennis communities to our Madison Avenue showroom for Serve & Sip, an evening celebrating the US Open and the people, energy and spirit surrounding the sport.
Hosted in partnership with Tennis Australia, the USTA, the US Open, the Australian Open and the Australian Consulate-General New York, the event brought together leaders and notable figures from across the world of tennis ahead of the US Open.
Among those in attendance were Andrew Abdo, CEO of Tennis Australia; Craig Tiley, CEO of the USTA; Heather Ridout AO, Australian Consul-General in New York; Rennae Stubbs, former player and coach; and Sam Stosur, former US Open Champion and Billie Jean King Cup captain, alongside Australian tennis greats, notable USTA players and members of the wider tennis community.
The night unfolded over drinks, surrounded by Harbour collections designed for the way we believe life is best lived: outdoors, together.

From Sydney to New York
For us, the event was a natural expression of our Australian heritage. Born in Sydney in 1976, our approach to design has always been shaped by a culture of open-air living: long afternoons outside, time around the table and spaces created for togetherness.
Today, as an Australian brand with a growing presence across the United States, Serve & Sip offered an opportunity to celebrate a shared passion for tennis and its deep ties to both countries.

COURTSIDE
The evening also brought to life COURTSIDE, our latest campaign celebrating design, sport and the simple pleasure of life lived outdoors.
COURTSIDE looks beyond the match itself to the moments that happen around it: the conversation after a match, a drink between sets, an afternoon that stretches into evening. At Serve & Sip, those moments moved from campaign to experience.
Set against the unmistakable backdrop of the tennis court, the campaign features our Sydney Collection in High Gloss Teak, upholstered in new Sorrento Moss and finished with crisp white piping. Deep green, clean white lines and warm polished timber draw from the visual language of the court while reflecting Harbour’s distinctly Australian approach to outdoor living.
That same philosophy carried through at our New York showroom, where craftsmanship and comfort created a sophisticated atmosphere for the occasion.
Because outdoor furniture has never simply been about where you sit. It is about everything that happens around it.

Showrooms
Thank you to our partners and everyone who joined us in New York for a memorable celebration of tennis, design and the excitement of the US Open.

For those who couldn’t attend, we invite you to visit a Harbour showroom and experience our collections firsthand.
