We are honored to be featured in a remarkable Brentwood residence by Courtney Nye Design, recently named Modern Luxury’s 2025 Best Outdoor Space Winner. We’re thrilled to see our pieces integrated into a home that embodies such a thoughtful connection to nature.
The Brentwood property is a complete rebuild for Christian Robert, co-founder of the architecture firm OFFICEUNTITLED. In his second collaboration with Courtney Nye Design, the home was envisioned with one guiding principle: a seamless flow between indoors and out.
“I wanted the outdoors to flow through the home—not just adjacent to it—with two Zen-like courtyards serving as connective tissue between spaces,” Robert shared.
These courtyards form the heart of the home. Warmth, texture, and meticulous landscaping come together through mature maple trees, quiet water features, and changing light. Our Hayman Sun Lounges anchor the poolside terrace, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere and inviting moments of sun-soaked respite.
The project stands as a testament to intentional living; an environment shaped by light, connection, and thoughtful design. This accolade reflects the very ethos of our work: creating spaces that honor life lived both indoors and under the open sky.
