Composite Concrete has a 1 year warranty that excludes cracks, chips, breaks or damage from accidental misuse (e.g., drops, impacts).

UMBRELLA WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

All umbrella warranties exclude damage resulting from product operation failure, including but not limited to falling, improper storage, misuse, or incorrect operation of mechanisms.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

Any warranty provided by Harbour is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from Harbour or from an authorized Harbour reseller. Warranty coverage remains valid only while the product is owned by the original purchaser. Proof of purchase and verification of original ownership are required for all warranty claims.

AS-IS, FLOOR MODEL & CLEARANCE

Products sold as As-Is, Floor Models, or Clearance Items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty coverage under any circumstances.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic, superficial, or aesthetic defects that do not affect the product's functionality
  • Damage caused by neglect or abuse
  • Damage resulting from extreme temperatures or moisture exposure
  • Improper setup, handling, storage, transportation, or installation
  • Shipping or transit damage
  • Use outside of normal residential or commercial conditions
  • Natural variations in wood grain
  • Fading, discoloration, or normal aging of finishes and materials

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

All warranty claims must be submitted to Harbour at:

customerservice@shopharbour.com

Upon review and authorization, Harbour will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Please note:

  • No warranty claim or return will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  • Harbour reserves the right to reject claims submitted without an RMA number.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
  • Customers assume all risk of loss or damage during transportation.

Merchandise that is not returned in an acceptable condition may, at Harbour's sole discretion:

  1. Be rejected;
  2. Be forfeited and destroyed; or
  3. Be returned to the customer with all shipping costs billed to the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Harbour is not responsible for misuse of its products that may result in injury, property damage, or other losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbour shall not be liable for any loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits, diminution in value, or any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its products, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable, whether Harbour was advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of any agreed or exclusive remedy of its essential purpose.
